Available Positions
SENIOR AIR QUALITY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST
The qualified applicant must have a four-year environmental engineering or
related technical degree, and a minimum of 5 years experience in air permitting
and air compliance with an emphasis on regulations associated with combustion
sources such as gas turbines and boilers. An understanding of related federal
air regulations will be necessary for the applicant to be successful in this
position. Some experience with PSD and Nonattainment permitting is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. The
position will involve preparation of a variety of air permit applications
including applications for pre-construction permits requiring PSD and
nonattainment reviews, and Title V permits. In addition, the individual will be
responsible for developing compliance programs at various facilities. The
compliance programs may include preparation of compliance manuals and
implementing the programs at new facilities, performing periodic compliance
audits, and assisting in compliance issues as needed. The applicant should be
familiar with stack testing and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS)
and have experience in coordinating plant startup activities relative to permit
compliance. A thorough understanding of 40 CFR Part 60 and 40 CFR Part 75 is a
plus.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/SCIENTIST
We are currently accepting applications for an Environmental Engineer/Scientist
with a minimum of five (5) years experience in solid and hazardous waste
permitting and compliance. The qualified applicant will possess a four year
engineering or related technical degree with a firm working knowledge of federal
solid and hazardous waste regulations (i.e., CERCLA, RCRA). Experience with
development and implementation of compliance programs for managing solid and
hazardous waste preferred. Experience with development and preparation of RCRA
Part B permit applications preferred. The successful applicant will have
excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well
as part of a team. Excellent PC skills are a must.
