Desireé Westcott is the Executive Director of Technical Services at WCM with 35+ years of experience managing regulatory permitting, compliance, planning, and enforcement issues on industrial projects. She specializes in multi-media environmental requirements, regulatory research and interpretations, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and other services related to bulk liquid storage terminals, oil recyclers, chemical manufacturing, waterfront facilities, and metal fabricators.
Desireé earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana.
In her free time, Desireé enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends and her animal companions. Some of her favorite things to do include training for, and competing in, dog sports and trail riding on her horses.
