Donny Hearn is the Executive Vice President at WCM. Donny has been with WCM for over 25 years. He manages the activity of the company’s staff of engineers, scientists and environmental specialists. He also acts as project director on permitting, compliance and new development projects, specializing in air quality compliance and permitting and environmental Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Donny interfaces with clients to develop and maintain successful business relationships.

Donny earned both his B.S. in Biology and his Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Houston. He is a member of the Texas Association of Environmental Professionals (TAEP), a member of the Air & Waste Management Association and a chair of the Environmental Safety sub-committee of National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC).
